The
Paper-Based exams will be unified for all sections and will be
conducted according to the course calendar. The place of the exam will
be announced to all students and teachers with ample time for
preparation. The academic advisor of the Computer Skills Unit will
build the exams as follows:
§ 5 question with high level of difficulty
§ 10 questions with medium level of difficulty
§ 5 questions with simple level of difficulty
The
exams' questions will be either multiple-choices questions or
true-or-false questions. Every instructor will supervise the exam of
his section(s), mark the exam papers, and deliver the exam material and
results to the academic advisor of the Computer Skills Unit.

الاختبارات
النظرية سوف تكون موحدة لجميع الشعب الدراسية وتعقد حسب المواعيد المحددة
في التقويم الخاص بالمقرر وسوف يعلن عن مكان عقد الاختبار قبل الموعد
المحدد للاختبار بفترة كافية. ويتولى المنسق الأكاديمي لوحدة مهارات
الحاسب بإعداد الاختبار النظري كالتالي:
§ 5 أسئلة ذات مستوى مرتفع في الصعوبة
§ 10 أسئلة متوسطة المستوى في الصعوبة
§ 5 أسئلة سهلة المستوى
و
أسئلة الاختبارات النظرية هي من نوعية الأسئلة متعددة الاختيار و أسئلة
الصواب والخطاء. ويقوم كل أستاذ بالمراقبة على الشعبة أو الشعب التي يتولي
تدرسيها ثم يقوم بتصحيح الاختبار وتسليمه لوحدة مهارات الحاسب الآلي.

For
each of the practical exams, the course coordinator should prepare a
bank of questions to be distributed to the instructors who will compile
the exam from those questions pre as follows:
The first practical Exam:
§ One question on operating system (10 marks).
§ One question on word processing (10 marks).
The second practical exam:
§ One question on spreadsheets (12 marks).
§ One question on database (8 marks).
The
instructor should supervise the practical exam at the lab and log the
grades after the students have done what is required on the PC. Each
instructor should divide his section into two groups and examine each
group in a different day during the exam's week. Instructor must avoid
reusing the same question between the two groups.

لكل
اختبار من الاختبارات الدورية العملية يقوم المشرف الأكاديمي للمقرر
بإعداد مجموعه من الأسئلة التطبيقية العملية توزع على أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
يقوم عضو هيئة التدريس بتجهيز واختيار أسئلة الاختبارات العملية من هذه
الأسئلة على النحو التالي:
الاختبار الدوري العملي الأول
§ سؤال عملي واحد في نظام التشغيل ( 10 درجات)
§ سؤال عملي واحد في معالج الكلمات ( 10 درجات)
الاختبار الدوري العملي الثاني
§ سؤال عملي واحد عن جداول الحسابات ( 12 درجات)
§ سؤال عملي واحد عن قواعد البيانات ( 8 درجات)
يقوم الأساتذة بالإشراف على الاختبار العملي والتصحيح والرصد
المباشر بعد تطبيق الطالب لما هو مطلوب على الجهاز. يقوم أستاذ المادة
بتقسيم طلاب شعبته إلى مجموعتين يتم اختبارهم في يومين مختلفين من نفس
أسبوع الاختبارات. ويراعى عدم تكرار الأسئلة التطبيقية بين المجموعتين.
